We send all orders by Royal Mail. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner).
LeadingDog will dispatch your goods within 3 business day (normally sooner).
Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
The Royal Mail target time for international delivery varies country to country and is currently being affected by climate issues. The fastest service available will be used and although most countries aim is within five working days this is not guaranteed and is subject to unforeseeable delays in transport and customs. Please note unless specifically requested Royal Mail will be used.
When ordering from outside of the UK your prices will not include VAT and any local taxes and duties are payable by recipient on receipt of the goods.

This all-natural dog conditioner will make your pet’s coat tangle-free and soft and resistant to attack by microbes. Combining lavender, peppermint and melaleuca (tea tree oil) with the conditioning properties of aloe vera, glycerin, oat extract, and wheat proteins, DERMagic Peppermint and Tea Tree Oil Dog Conditioner soothes and conditions the skin and fur, eliminates odor and stimulates the healing process.
Featuring the same delightfully fresh scent as our all-natural SLS-free Peppermint and Tea Tree Oil Shampoo—use together as the first step in restoring healthy skin and shiny fur in your pets.
For Best Results:
- After washing with DERMagic Shampoo, apply to your dog's coat and massage into the coat.
- Rinse immediately
- Don't bathe your dog too often! For healthy dogs, we recommend bathing twice a month, or whenever they get dirty, whichever is longest between baths.
- Keep their coat fresh between baths by brushing and combing daily with our Grooming Spritz.
Note: Not recommended for cats. Contains Tea Tree Oil. For cats use our Feline Shampoo Bar.
