Delivery

The dispatch times (when the goods will leaves our warehouse) and the delivery times are as follows:

LeadingDog will dispatch your goods within 3 business day.

Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.

We send all orders by Royal Mail. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner).

The Royal Mail target time for international delivery varies country to country and is currently being affected by climate issues. The fastest service available will be used and although most countries aim is within  five working days this is not guaranteed and is subject to unforeseeable delays in transport and customs. Please note unless specifically requested Royal Mail will be used.

When ordering from outside of the UK your prices will not include VAT and any local taxes and duties are payable by recipient on receipt of the goods.  

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.

Return of item/s within 30 days
Any item may be returned to  LeadingDog within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete with all manufacturer packaging and parts. Please ensure that the item is well padded and protected, if it is posted back. Carriage is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of return carriage unless item is faulty or a packing error has occurred 

Product descriptions and Pictures

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that pictures and descriptions are accurate these can be subject to change. If a picture or description is not depicted entirely accurately you will be notified which an email.

Product safety 

 Any advise on products suitability is only guidance and personal experience. I     cannot comment and would not advise on any  testing, warnings and usage         instructions other than stated by the manufacturer on their product specification.

Ruffwear are so confident in the quality of their gear, that in the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your customers' product, they will work to make it right by offering a guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

WHAT DOES THE TTP COVER?

Trail Tested Promise only covers manufacturing and material defects and does not include damaged caused by any of the following:

- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire


Retailers can refuse refunds if the product has been used or damaged. Items that have been damaged through misuse will not be considered for a replacement. Customers will be required to provide photographic evidence for a claim under the TTP
