Product descriptions, pricing and Pictures
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that pictures, pricing and descriptions are accurate these can be subject to change. If a picture or description is not depicted entirely accurately you will be notified by an email. If a price has been inputted incorrectly and I can not honour this price a refund will be processed or an offer made.
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website and marketing materials are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price. Where payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. We will notify customers as soon as reasonably possible if their order is affected by a pricing error
Product safety
Any advise on products suitability is only guidance and personal experience. I cannot comment and would not advise on any testing, warnings and usage instructions other than stated by the manufacturer on their product specification.

Ruffwear are so confident in the quality of their gear, that in the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your customers' product, they will work to make it right by offering a guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
WHAT DOES THE TTP COVER?
Trail Tested Promise only covers manufacturing and material defects and does not include damaged caused by any of the following:
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
Retailers can refuse refunds if the product has been used or damaged. Items that have been damaged through misuse will not be considered for a replacement. Customers will be required to provide photographic evidence for a claim under the TTP
