We send all orders by Royal Mail. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner).
LeadingDog will dispatch your goods within 3 business day (normally sooner).
Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
The Royal Mail target time for international delivery varies country to country and is currently being affected by climate issues. The fastest service available will be used and although most countries aim is within five working days this is not guaranteed and is subject to unforeseeable delays in transport and customs. Please note unless specifically requested Royal Mail will be used.
When ordering from outside of the UK your prices will not include VAT and any local taxes and duties are payable by recipient on receipt of the goods.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.

The Henry Wag Elevated Dog Bed has an innovative design, with side panels and a 14cm elevation to allow air to circulate. This will keep your dog cool in summer and warm in winter, as they are away from cold floors, draughts and condensation.
The Elevated Dog Bed design makes it easy to clean in and around the bed, which improves hygiene and assists dogs or parents who suffer from allergies or skin complaints.
Built with a strong durable metal frame and a firm wooden base which will provide your dog with a comfortable sleeping position and can provide support for dogs with back and joint problems.
The tightly woven fabric cover does not absorb moisture from your dog and has a quick drying surface eliminating a build-up of bacteria, reducing odour and keeping your dog’s bed fresh.
All of these fantastic features together make for a restful night’s sleep leaving your dog fit, relaxed and refreshed for the day ahead.
