We send all orders by Royal Mail. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner).
LeadingDog will dispatch your goods within 3 business day (normally sooner).
Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
The Royal Mail target time for international delivery varies country to country and is currently being affected by climate issues. The fastest service available will be used and although most countries aim is within five working days this is not guaranteed and is subject to unforeseeable delays in transport and customs. Please note unless specifically requested Royal Mail will be used.
When ordering from outside of the UK your prices will not include VAT and any local taxes and duties are payable by recipient on receipt of the goods.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.
Sizing - Measurement (See picture for reference)
A. Neck. (This is NOT a collar measurement) Point of the Breastbone (or sternum). This is the central neck base - find the indentation near the base of the windpipe. This is your reference point when measuring your dog. Neck Measurement.
Start at the point of the breastbone and pull the tape snugly around the base of the neck and back to the point of the breastbone.
C.Ribcage.Take the tape measure just behind the front legs (making sure that there is clearance of your dog's armpits) and take the tape measure the whole way around the rib cage.

Designed with an 'o' ring at the top and front of the harness, they can be used with double-ended leads making it easier to stop your dog from pulling. This uses the Tellington TTouch leading and balancing walking techniques.
