We send all orders by Royal Mail. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner).
LeadingDog will dispatch your goods within 3 business day (normally sooner).
Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
The Royal Mail target time for international delivery varies country to country and is currently being affected by climate issues. The fastest service available will be used and although most countries aim is within five working days this is not guaranteed and is subject to unforeseeable delays in transport and customs. Please note unless specifically requested Royal Mail will be used.
When ordering from outside of the UK your prices will not include VAT and any local taxes and duties are payable by recipient on receipt of the goods.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.

The Halti Headcollar was the world's first dog headcollar created in 1979 by Dr Roger Mugford. This new 5th generation version guarantees to stop dogs pulling. Recommended by vets and canine professionals worldwide. It's unique patented design works by gently directing the dog’s head, and the responsive no pull action kindly stops even the strongest pullers. Naturally following the contours of a dog's face and positioned well down the dog's nose, the Halti gives you maximum steering power and control. Lightweight with no metalwork on dog's face and fully padded noseband for extra comfort. Reflective noseband and neck strap for all year round walking safety
